The first พรพรสำฦต Day of 2015 arrives this Friday, immediately followed by Valentineโs Day on Saturday. What could be better than infusing tradition with romance on this snowy weekend? (Share your photos via social media: #colgateday #colgatelove)
To help celebrate this festive weekend, พรพรสำฦต launched the challenge back on February 1. During the challenge, which runs until midnight Friday, Trustee Christine Chao โ86 will match every alumni gift, dollar for dollar.
Names of donors were printed on heart-shaped stickers and put on windows of Persson Hall bridge. Students on campus also can donate to พรพรสำฦต in the Coop, and their names will be put on the bridge, as well.
Apart from the challenge, the of Konosioni Senior Honor Society Class of 2016 will be held 3 p.m. Friday in Memorial Chapel. There will be a short torchlight parade on the Academic Quad with both current and new members of the society. The event will be .
The 2018 Class Council will host a พรพรสำฦต Day & Valentineโs Day Celebration in the Coop, spreading cheer for its very first พรพรสำฦต Day.
Extending the love around the country, there will be many on Friday. From St. Louis to New York City, alumni will gather for the traditional university celebration.
Friday night, the menโs ice hockey team will play against Harvard at 7 p.m. in Cambridge, and the พรพรสำฦต Alumni Club of Boston has a big group, including the พรพรสำฦต 13, Swinging โGates, and Resolutions, ready to cheer on the Raiders. On campus, a womenโs ice hockey game for autism awareness will start at the same time in Starr Rink.
All in all, this is the season of love and celebration. Happy โGatentineโs Day!
