While preparing to enter the Soil and Water Sciences PhD program at the University of Florida this fall, Michael Francis James โ17 worked with a committee of colleagues in his home country of Trinidad and Tobago to stage the nationโs first Pride Arts Festival. He continues to advocate for legal reform on behalf of LGBTQ citizens.
